Features
1. The motor and pump integrated design, no mechanical seal
Use of water-cooled canned motor, eliminating wear and expensive mechanical seals, which makes the pump totally un-leakage, thus avoid the water Waste, and keep the pump dry and clean, which greatly improved the pumping station's work environment.
2. Self-lubricating graphite bearings
Experimental results show that under the same same speed and precision, the noises generated by graphite bearing ball only about 30% of that ball bearing; Resin impregnated graphite bearing has the advantage of high temperature, abrasion and corrosion resistant, and use the transmission medium for self-lubricating, reducing maintenance costs.
3. Wet rotor, water-cooled motor
Water cooled motor cancels the noise comes from the high-speed cooling fan, while the rotor, bearings and all rotating parts are outside filled with water, which produce the sound barrier and further reduce the noise.
4. Stator and rotor cold-rolled sheet molding, H-class insulation
Windings with Class H high temperature insulation, can be effectively prevent the motor from running overload damage, greatly extending the life of the motor and to ensure the reliability of pump operation.
5. "Ni60 alloy welding"technology
Friction sleeve and the thrust plate surface using "Ni60 carbide surfacing"technique to form a high friction wear-resistant, safe and durable.
6. Suspended impeller technology
Unique floating impeller technology greatly enhance the bearing life.

Working conditions:
SPG (R) type pumps are used for conveying water or other media that physical and chemical properties similar to water;
SPG type, medium temperature does not exceed 60º C, QPGR type, medium temperature does not exceed 150º C;
SPG (R)-type system working pressure not exeed 1.6MPa.
